  1. Determine your charter dates, specify number of guests that will be traveling with you. Do a gulet search on our home page by inputting your criteria, like yacht size, dates, ports etc
  2. Our system will show you some choices as per your requirements, and you can review these alternatives, and see what will suit you most. Once you review a gulet, you can go back to other choices with your browsers “Back” button.
  3. Once you have found the gulet you are interested in booking, you will see its availability check on right down side of the page, please enter your dates, number of passengers in your group and group composition (adults, kids), check the terms and conditions and proceed by clicking the “Book” button.
  4. You will be directed to our booking cart, which will calculate the charter fee, and in case you have a promotional code, you can apply it here. The system calculates total charter fee, and you have also the opportunity to ask for an all inclusive quote (which will be sent to you within 24 hrs). When you are all set, you can click “Proceed”.
  5. At this stage, you can login to our system, if you are a registered user, or register as a new user by giving you name, email, country & phone number. After registering, you can continue your booking, by clicking “Book Now”.
  6. Your request for booking will be received by us and also a copy will be sent to your registered email. We will confirm your booking within 24 hrs, and in case there is any problem with your bookign we will also let you know, and suggest an alternative gulet if necessary.
  7. We will send you a confirmation mail, and also ask you for a 50% deposit payment by wire or credit card mail order to secure your booking, which shall be received by us latest within 3 working days.
  8. You can always see your reservation details in your profile.
  9. Once your deposit is received, we will issue a booking voucher and start planning the fine details of your charter.
